Energy vibrations in places (and people) is something that I´ve always read intuitively–as I guess all of us do. So I´ve decided to share some of these.
High energy places
Any place that signals prosperity, learning, challenging yourself, improvement, achievement, family, wealth, curiosity, creativity. Or simply reflects order, tidiness, and well-being.
- Libraries/ bookstores
- Nature
- Churches / synagogues (never been in other houses of worship but I suspect the energy is similar).
- Gyms
- Wall climbing gyms (higher than standard fitness gyms)
- Upper class weddings
- Fancy resorts, restaurants. Anything upscale really.
- Anything by the sea or lake (rivers not so much)
- Boat parties or parties by the sea
- Corporate offices (they generally give out a high vibe because they are nice and people are being productive there but I would hate to be stuck in one).
- Most hotels above 4 stars
- Vegan restaurants
- Skydiving fields
- Universities
- Production studios (music, TV, radio)
- Banks and other private financial institutions
- Waiting rooms in good dentist offices
- Hair salons / barber shops
- Spas
- Pools
- Upscale shops
- Jewelries
- Delis
- Diners
- Coffee shops
- Tea houses
- Yoga studios
- Any place where teaching is involved
- Museums
- Christmas gatherings with successful families
- Youth religious gatherings (I went to one when the Pope visited Vilnius and the energy was incredible)
- Stadiums
- Sporting events
- Parks
- Airports
- Airplanes
- Theaters
- Cinemas
- Trivia nights
- Trains
- Mom and pop shops
- Political rallies (I am conflicted about this one, but the rallies that I´ve been to have been pretty high in vibration)
- Any place with a good view
- Pet shops or any place with animals except the Zoo
- Farms
- Rooftops
- Rooms with large windows
- Every image in this Twitter account
- Mac stores
- Social clubs
- City squares
- Convenience stores
- Supermarkets
- Any place with impressive architecture
- Balconies / terraces
- Gardens
- Classrooms
- Supermarkets
- Art galleries
- Aquariums
- Themeparks
- Malls
Low energy places
Any place you go to “forget” or distract yourself falls into this category. Low energy places signal lack, lust, craving, untidiness, self-indulgence. Keep in mind some of these places might fall into the “neutral” category but I decided not to create a neutral category to make the list more simple. Also, I believe it’s extremely hard to sense neutral energy. Bias is built-in into our nature, not only in politics, but in energy reading as well.
- Casinos
- Strip clubs
- Raves or any other party with repetitive electronic music.
- Places were they serve unhealthy food
- Most motels and hostels (hostels by the sea or surrounded by nature are an exception)
- MLM meetings
- Most clubs (exceptions are high level clubs with good music)
- Industrial parks
- The circus
- Low income neighbourhoods
- Old mid-priced empty restaurants
- Cheap restaurants that are indoors. If they are outdoors they actually give out a nice vibe. Fondas in Latin America are an example.
- Pawn shops
- Most hipster places
- Basement restaurants
- Government buildings
- Train / bus stations
- City buses
- Police stations
- Commieblocks
- Thrift shops
- Sex shops
- XXX cinemas (I peeked into one in Louisville…bad idea)
- The circus
- Moshpits / any hard metal / screamo event
- Fast food restaurants
Takeway? Spending time in high energy places doing high energy activities will elevate your energy. And doing the opposite will decrease your energy levels.
If you are interested in energy reading I recommend Frederick Dodson´s book Levels of Energy. He goes beyond dividing energy into positive or negative as I did. He presents energy as a scale. And shows what to expect at each level.
I recommend the book to anyone interested in measuring energy levels and learning how to elevate their own levels of energy and consciousness.
Also, you want to add more places feel free to do so in the comments 😉
You have set the bar very low for High energy places, in my opinion.
Which ones do you suggest?
So Music Festivals are low vibration, but Malls, Convenience Stores, and Diners are? lol
